 These iguanas aren't sunbathing, this is where they're living! I knocked on their door. My guess is they are snowbirds and are going to come back to 1000s of dollars in UNINSURED damage. They need to set IggyTraps and wrap the trees with IggyWrap ASAP. Traps to catch the iguanas, wrap to prevent them from climbing back up, as they do have to come down to feed. Lastly, call a roofer and get the roof repaired. If they don't do anything the iguanas will continue to come back and break tiles to make their home.
